Made to order
Every robe is made to order just for you. Because of this, please allow a little more time than a regular online order.
Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 7–30 days from the moment you place your order (production + shipping).
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another one with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to carrier delays.
Holiday orders
Ordering a gift for your favorite villain? We recommend ordering early. During the holiday season carrier volumes are higher and delivery can take a few extra days.
Shipping cost
Any shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us at support@thevillainera.com and we'll make it right.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
