30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you fully cozy in your villain era. If you're not happy with your robe, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return
1. Email us at support@thevillainera.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The robe should be returned unwashed, in good condition, with all its parts (robe, heating cable and controller, and power bank if it was included) and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your robe arrives damaged, doesn't heat up or stops working within 30 days, email us a photo or short video of the issue and we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know in your email.
